  • Worship With Us

Our church gathers on Sundays at 10 am to sing praise to God and build the beloved community. Our services typically last an hour and feature soul-stirring music, powerful preaching, and profound prayer. We hope you will join us — in-person or online!

  • Learn About Us

We are a progressive Christian church filled with hope and abounding in joy. We believe all people are created in God’s image and are equal in God’s sight. We believe God loves us just as we are AND that God calls all of us to reconciliation and transformation.

  • Serve With Us

First Congregational serves the hungry and unhoused. We stand with the vulnerable and oppressed. We seek the liberation of all peoples. Join us as we seek to build a world established with justice, overflowing with mercy, and abounding in peace.

Action

We put Love in Action by donating our time and talents, serving the hungry and unhoused in our city, and amplifying the voice of marginalized groups, including immigrants and the LGBTQ+ community.

The other woman is middle-aged, with glasses, wearing a pink top and blue jeans, holding a notebook. There are chairs, a picnic table, and a wooden fence in the background.

Compassion

We are a caring, joyful community that embraces differences of age, ability, race, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, and national origin. We mean it when we say “No matter who you are or where you are on life’s journey, you are welcome here!”

Justice

We are grounded in the radical inclusivity of God’s love. We are committed to becoming an anti-racist congregation through financial commitment, education, and action. We are a community that is open to and affirming of our LGBTQ+ siblings. We are an immigrant welcoming congregation.
