ANNOUNCEMENTS

You are welcomed and seated today by Chris Julcher, Joe Page, Julia Page, Nick Tucker and Cheire Weil.

The lay reader today is Glennis Lundberg.

The greeters today are Ted and Betty Bates.

The chancel flowers are given by Glennis and Barry Lundberg in thankfulness of their new grandson, Asa, and their twin grandsons, Oscar and Eli.

Thank you to Melissa Pinney for hosting today’s Coffee Hour.

The Chancel Choir welcomes “holiday singers” to join them for two special musical services in December: The Christmas Portion of Handel’s Messiah on Sunday morning, December 16th, and carol settings by John Rutter on Christmas Eve at the 11:00 pm Service of Lessons and Carols.  Rehearsals for these two events begin after worship, at 11:30 in the choir room of the Church House.  All are welcome to join us.

This morning’s anthem and offertory for Christ the King Sunday are compositions by Mack Wilberg, Associate Director of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir.

Dec. 2 begins the first Sunday of Advent. There will be a  celebration for our families and guests from noon to four p.m.  There will be a Christmas Sale in Plymouth Hall - books, art, jewelry and an abundance of Christmas items.  There will be punch and cookies and Wreath Making.  Children encouraged to participate.  A fun time for people of all ages! Do bring friends as it is a fun way to introduce them to the church.
