In case you have misplaced the survey that was mailed last week, your search committee is making it available on-line for you to download.
Remember that the survey responses are anonymous - you do not need to put your name on it - but we would like to get input from as many people in the congregation as possible.
After completing the survey, please fax it back to the church office (847- 864-2143), mail it in or bring it to Church and drop it in the collection plate. We would like to have all surveys returned by next Monday, Monday April 2.
Your opinions will help guide us as we search for a new leader for our church.
